Job Description
Bernhardt Design Division is looking for a Powder Coating Supervisor. Position will be located at Plant 4 (1755 Connelly Springs Rd.) in Lenoir, NC.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the Powder Coating Department to ensure quality and efficiency within the powder coating process.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of raw materials, as well as track and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain detailed specifications regarding the process and ensure correct steps are being followed during production & manufacturing process.
- Assist in creating new and innovative solutions for increased productivity during the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and continuously learn and research best practices regarding powder coating.
Preferred Experience & Skill Set:
- 3-5 years prior powder coating experience.
- Proficient with powder coating tools such as Gema Opti Color spray equipment, spray booths & ovens, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to train, coach and mentor team.
