Overview

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering summer internships for college students majoring in Life Sciences or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration disciplines. This position will support our Manufacturing Technology and Support Department. The successful candidates will have completed their sophomore or junior year or higher. We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization. This will be a full-time position during Summer 2024.

Major Activities and Responsibilities:

    Data mining including spreadsheets and electronic or paper records
  • Updating existing or creating a new equipment data base focusing on capabilities and requirements
  • Creating an Equipment Lifecycle spreadsheet or database
  • Support Engineers with Recipe and Method authoring, Process Qualification documentation, and/or other documents
  • Support Data Integrity Assessments
  • Complete end of internship project presentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have completed sophomore or junior year of college
  • Must be majoring in Life Science or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering disciplines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Access
