Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Network and Computer System Administrator to support sustainment of C5ISC systems aboard various Coast Guard aircraft and surface assets, in Coast Guard laboratories, and at Coast Guard air stations and bases.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Coordination with network engineers to ensure successful integration of aviation C5ISC system networking technologies on operational assets.
• Support the daily administration the infrastructure including:
  • Maintenance of domain accounts
  • Maintenance of data storage, including backup/archive
  • Maintenance of simulation systems
  • Recommending improvements to infrastructure
  • Setup and management of configuration tools
• Network Infrastructure Management
• Server Administration
• Systems Administration
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Team Leadership and Mentoring

Required Skills/Abilities

• USCG experience
• Ability to provide Network Engineering services to maintain Coast Guard Command & Control systems in all versions
• Experience participating in site visits, designing last mile solutions, installations, technical repairs supporting remote users and technical support at various USCG locations and to USCG aviation forces for routers, switches, data units, and associated equipment of commercial and military satellite communication systems.
• Experience implementing and maintaining networking hardware and firmware, support lab integration efforts, and enhance network security.
• Experience in aviation C5ISC management and the development of a split topology architecture, separating classified and unclassified enclaves.
• Ability to support the administration of the aviation C5ISC production baselines installed at MSSL to include
  • Maintenance of production data storage, including backup and archive
  • Recommending improvements to production infrastructure.
• Experience configuring operating systems (Red HAT Linux, Windows) and applicable tools (RIS, Engineering laptops).
• Experience leading teams of network and systems administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to develop their technical skills and professional growth.
• Experience delegating tasks, assigning projects, and overseeing the work of administrators to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• U.S Citizenship required

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in writing code and/or cyber resiliency.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network and systems administration, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead role

Nice to Have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field

Travel Requirement:

• CONUS and OCONUS

Clearance Requirement:

• Secret
