About the job

As a Senior Product Manager within the Risk, Fraud and Compliance Solutions Division, you will be responsible for guiding the vision, and leading the implementation of the strategic direction of analytics within our Fraud and Financial Crimes Products and Solutions. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for monitoring the industry for trends, researching fraud trends, artificial intelligence, and writing clear and detailed requirements and working hand in hand with development to ensure the product leads the industry with analytical capabilities.

As a Senior Product Manager, Financial Crimes Analytics Product Manager, you will:

    Have extensive experience building and deploying analytics within Fraud and Financial Crimes
  • Have extensive experience managing relationships with customers, management and executives.
  • Be a leader and collaborator that works well within large organizations, who is capable of driving clarity and direction.
  • Have excellent critical thinking skills with demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience launching technical industry solutions, writing clear requirements, reviewing designs.
  • Be a critical thinker that can identify new or emerging market opportunities and define a strategy to capture that opportunity.
  • Have a proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple business lines
  • Have the ability to innovate and define creative solutions with compelling user experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Have the ability to react to competing and changing priorities to focus on maximum business outcomes
  • Have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as the job requires

Required Qualifications

  • At least eight years of experience in product management, consulting, or within financial services
  • ACAMS, ACFE or similar certification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or related discipline
  • Experience with SAS DS2, Python, R or other open-source modeling techniques and features.
  • A self-starter with bias toward action and the know-how to balance getting details right while still moving fast
  • Experience with SAS technology and Solutions
  • Experience using Atlassian technology; Jira and Confluence
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications
