Davidson Outdoors Temporary Worker

Job Description
The Student Assistant supports the needs of Davidson Outdoors from May 13th to June 28th while we prep for Outdoor Odyssey.
Number of Positions Available: 1 position available
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Expected Time Commitment:
- 10-20 hours per week.
- Hours must be worked at an agreed upon schedule
Responsibilities:
- Manage online registrations and cancellations
- Travel plans/stipends
- Financial aid
- Billing
- Collect & file participants' medical forms and waivers
- Correspondence with parents and incoming students
- Gear and food inventory
- Purchase any needed items
- Run miscellaneous reports for trip leaders in Kuali Build
- Communicate with CCE Service Odyssey
