Are you passionate about bringing people together to collaborate to innovate, drive organizational change, and build successful strategic initiatives? Do you believe that meeetings, working sessions or client engagements don't have to be dull, but can be opportunities to bring people together to connect, create, and share? Are you seeking a role where you will build your design thinking skills and capabilities as session designer and facilitator? And are you motivated to have impact beyond yourself -- for your team, for clients, and for the world?

If yes, you may be the right person to join RTI Innovation Advisors (RTI IA). Our team has been helping global corporate, federal, and foundation clients solve their toughest technology and innovation challenges for more than 50 years. As a consulting group within a mission-driven organization, we share your drive to make the world better and your desire for work with purpose: to solve challenges facing science and society, and to learn and grow in a diverse and inclusive global environment. We empower you to accomplish our shared mission.

Our clients seek support with a broad range of innovation initiatives that are enabled by science and technology. Collaboration is imperative for innovation, but successful collaboration requires intentional planning and facilitation to navigate busy calendars, varied stakeholders, and hybrid work environments. We support our clients by designing and facilitating collaborative meetings and workshops that vary from one-hour touchpoints to multi-day facilitated sessions with dozens of stakeholders. All these engagements are delivered through human-centered design techniques which promote a focus on end-user need and balancing of diverse perspectives. We are looking for an Innovation Analyst who understands the value of collaboration, is creative and enthusiastic, and has the attention to detail needed to plan and prepare for and support facilitation of multi-stakeholder events.

As a business unit of RTI International-an independent nonprofit research institute dedicated to improving the human condition-RTI IA provides an environment that promotes our values of quiet confidence, learning, collaborating, empowered by a culture of trust and respect, responsibility, and accountability. We are a collaborative, growing team, working in a matrixed way, where diverse perspectives are valued and professional growth opportunities abound.
