About the Role:

Yardi is currently seeking a seasoned Presales Solutions Consultant, primarily focused on our sophisticated Breeze Product Suite. In this pivotal role, your deep comprehension of the Breeze Product Suite's technical and functional attributes will be essential to our sales initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing engaging presentations, demonstrating the distinctive features and advantages of the Breeze suite, and clearly communicating its value to prospective clients. Your proficiency in the Breeze suite will enable you to guide potential clients seamlessly through the sales process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decision-making about our state-of-the-art property management solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter expert during the sales cycle, showcasing Yardi's value through effective product demonstrations and interactions with clients.
  • Use your outstanding presentation skills to deliver detailed product demonstrations, adopting a consultative approach.
  • Prepare demo systems and data, and manage presentation projects with strategic foresight.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance their strategies and sales cycles.
  • Develop sales tools, ROI calculators, demo scripts, presentations, and demo data.
  • Conduct product training for the sales team.
  • Liaise with product development and marketing for feedback from prospects and customers.
  • Engage in product webinars, tradeshows, sales seminars, and user conferences as needed.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing materials and programs to promote Yardi's software solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales.
  • Proven presentation skills, a dynamic personality, and a track record of delivering results.
  • Capable of communicating effectively with business leaders and managers in the real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling and relationship-building techniques.
  • Influence product enhancements and strategic direction through client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, adaptable to a virtual sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Helpful to have:

  • Experience in two of these three areas: Sales, Application Software, Real Estate Operations/Accounting.
  • Presales experience with Cloud ERP or solution providers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Yardi domain experience.
